A luxury taste requires luxury ingredients. Only the best butter, eggs, flour, vine fruits and flavourings are used. Recipes can be tailor-made to meet personal requirements.

I designed this cake for Karen and Steve to replicate the drape on the wedding dress. I textured sugarpaste to imitate the fabric weave and added edible luste to give a sheen. The gerberas and foliage were made from sugar.
